Our Core Values are the traits and qualities that represent Venerate’s highest priorities. They are deeply held beliefs that drive our work, our culture and our own personal conduct. Our Core Values were created by our founder, Bishuda and our CEO, Partho. They give direction and focus to everything we do here at Venerate. They serve to shape our contributions both as individuals, and as a team – so that we are all aligned in delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

Our team is led by Rohit Kumar, a 19x Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), who is one of only a handful of CTAs worldwide. Our team averages three certifications each and have all developed a wide-ranging experience of functional and domain knowledge that helps Venerate really stand-out as a high-skill consulting partner. This expertise is the very DNA of our business.

During our monthly All-Hands meet we encourage everyone across the to share comments, thoughts and suggestions on how to best take care of our customers – and each other. We look for suggestions on how we can ensure we are one of the best places to work for all our team members. Regular appraisals, informal wellbeing check-ins and employee activities are all a part of our culture – helping us to maintain an informal, convivial environment where we can all do our best work.
