Venerate launches new tool to enable bi-directional data transfer for SAP and Salesforce
Venerate today announced that it has launched a new Light Weight Middleware with a prebuilt connector to facilitate the easy transfer of customer data between Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and SAP S/4 HANA.
The tool enables customers to connect their business-critical applications to share customer data and insight. Rohit Kumar, Venerate’s Chief Technology Officer said: “Typically SAP and Salesforce applications contain detailed – but incomplete – customer insights. And because these mission-critical systems often operate in isolation from one another, problems such as outdated customer information, duplicate or inaccurate data, and limited visibility of the customer are all too common.”
Traditional integration methods, says Rohit, are not always practical in resolving the problem “Data integration software applications can prove expensive and overly-complex – particularly where trying to resolve a point problem. With Gartner predicting that, through 2020, integration work will account for 50% of the time and cost of building a digital platform, the solution offers a fast, secure and affordable way to connect Salesforce and SAP.
