People prime worldwide had a manual process, mostly excel sheet driven to manage various functions across various individuals. The USP of any staffing and recruitment organization is based on the volume data with skill sets. The challenge was that this data was siloed and in various systems across various individuals and also prone to security breach. Additionally, the ability to respond to a particular JD, positioning the right candidate in the right place, adherence to policies/rules, terms and condition was a challenge. This needs to be complied with and communicated to the candidate as well. Also, the entire process was in dire need of automation due to difficulty in keeping track of leads, opportunities& projects. The management did not have real time reports on the company performance.

The account managers responsibility is to meet the customer, understand the requirement and deliver resources. A sales person creates a lead when he meets a new customer. Once the customer knows about the value proposition an account, contact and opportunity gets created. Once a new requirement is sent, people prime sales person enters this data in requirement management module and assigns one of the many recruiters for that assignment. Once internally approved the recruiter is notified and he/she proceeds ahead and sources profiles and send it to customer.

The Outcome Of the Solution
Customer is able to use the system to manage the entire database. In addition to this, they are also able to track the requirement sent by their customer (Job Description) and size the opportunity based on qualification criteria. The entire sales process from lead to closure is captured in Salesforce. The customer is also able to track multiple approval processes and service a project (opportunity module) with multiple skill sets and collaborate with various offices across India on a particular account. Every requirement is not vetted internally and a spoc is assigned which has helped improve accountability within the organization.
The system is also used to track and find candidates based on the skill sets.
Account 360 view provides insights into businesses contributing with real time closure value along with the number of times they have engaged.
